The WiFi was terrible. The connection was that of the old time dial up. The carpets were grimy and need replacing. The beds were fine and for the price it was acceptable. The room is very outdated and the whole place needs a renovation with brighter colors and newer furniture

Cleanliness of the facility needs a lot of improvement. Room was clean except under the bed, looks like no one bothers to inspect.

Front desk worker was super nice, and super helpful. Facility is very worn and dingy. Lots of damaged walls, and poorly done touch up paint throughout. Our first room had someone else's body hair sitting on the side of the tub. We received a welcome text inviting us to let them know if we needed any assistance. Our TV did not work. I replied to the welcome text about the issue, and received a reply that said "we are unable to respond." Front desk worker tried to fix the TV, and when he couldn't, switched us to a different room. Overall, not terrible place to stay, but I would have been disappointed if we were on a pleasure trip.

The hotel is filthy and needs new carpet, new paint, new bedding, towels, sheets and an overall upgrade. The shower curtain in our room was ripped in multiple areas, our towels were thin and stained. We asked for an extra blanket and it was shredded on the corners. The comforter was old and stained. The breakfast is okay, the front desk staff was nice, the bathroom had good light. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was dirty, especially carpets and walls. Also, late at night, water started pouring from the ceiling of my bathroom and flooding the area. Customer service was very minimal, although I was given a new room after being asked how quickly I could pack up my things to move. I did not receive any kind of discount on the stay or even an apology! No chance I will be back, there are lots of other hotels in the area to choose from.

We stay at this hotel because it’s the closest to my mom’s nursing home. The hotel is working on remodeling. The lobby looks great, the pool is finally done and looks good also. The rooms I’ve stayed in have been repainted and new artwork has been added. However, the painting that has been done is terrible. You can see the old color, there are streaks on the floors, and the caulk and paint spills have not been cleaned up. New painters are desperately needed. Breakfast is ok - they have 2 waffle makers. Staff is friendly and helpful.
