TV did not work, could not be fixed. Manager tried to help. He was only staff working, nice but busy. Zippered (was broke) mattress cover, rolling up around bed. Pillows uncomfortable. Good breakfast, but several items were not refilled, 1.5 hr of breakfast time was left.
