I booked a king bed room. ( two weeks early!)Had email proof. Then somehow, the hotel was over booked and i was told i had to settle for two queen beds. Hotel blames it on Expedia, I am assuming expedia will blame it on hotel. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? i want a voucher refund.
