Overall this hotel was very adequate. The location was good, although being on the road made it pretty loud in the rooms facing the road. The beds were very comfortable, and the room itself was nice; breakfast adequate. However, as my husband and I were lying in bed watching TV around 9:30pm, we heard someone try to get into our room. We got up and put the safety latch on, and about 10 minutes later we heard someone use a keycard and actually opened the door to our room until the safety latch stopped them. They were trying to check into room 112 at this location when they actually were supposed to be at a different Cobblestone, but when they told the front desk person they couldn’t get in, the front desk person gave them a key to our room! And in the morning the front desk person who was supposed to be working overslept and wasn’t there.
So, to sum up, adequate hotel but with fairly terrible staffing. And make sure to always use the safety latch in your room. And as someone new to this area, we will likely not be seeking out the Cobblestone brand again.
