I love how convenient to Presque Isle the property was. It was easy to find our hotel and it was in a quiet area. Dining options were close by with one walkable. Will definitely return. Staff was nice and hotel was clean.

The website indicated an exercise area. What is actually a very small room behind the laundry room. The exercise bench was broken, many of the dumbbells were missing. The treadmill was in my opinion too large for the room, no area to move freely. Water on the floor next to a bucket with water. Why even advertise an exercise room if the management take the time to equip properly?

The young man at the check in desk was super. Friendly, fast and informative. Went down hill from there. The window was filthy, that was the whole idea of the "bayside" room. To look out. I cleaned it. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. There was a girls hockey team staying over. They ran the halls for 2 hours screaming , running and knocking on doors until 11pm. Then a "false alrarm" fire at 3am with no explanation why. Except ,"it's fine" go back to your room. Won't do that again.

Both the hotel & property are Very clean. Signs say "smoke-free facility" but people, including employees, smoke at the front door & it blows into the entry, making it NOT SmokeFree Facility. BEWARE, THEY WILL PRICE-GOUGE IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY ANOTHER DAY. Front desk clerk said, "Yes, one more day at the same price ur paying." When checkout day came, he wasn't on duty, & that 1 night COSTED DOUBLE. SO BEWARE!! – GET PRICING IN WRITING!! BUT ... THE PLACE IS CLEAN!

It was nice to have a continental breakfast included with our stay. The property was walking distance to our marina and multiple dining options which was also a bonus. The facility could use a few updates but nothing that affects your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful trip with our family.

We paid double the normal rate for the Tall Ships event in Erie. The staff had NO knowledge of anything helpful concerning the event. There was a free shuttle bus right across the street that they didn't know existed. There was no hair dryer in my room #211. The unit had been replaced recently and the dry wall debris was still on the counter, but the dryer hasn't come in yet. All I got from the staff was "sorry". I purchased a new hair dryer costing me both time and money. Also the sink and tub drains have mold. We have enjoyed our visits in the past, but we don't plan on coming back.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, trying to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We had the pool area all to ourselves for an hour or so, which was relaxing. The hot tub could have been a few degrees warmer, per our personal preference. This hotel is located close to the shuttle stop which made transport to the Tall Ships a breeze.

When we arrive for the first night, there was one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels in the room. There’s an old blood stain on the sheet and there was an extra hundred dollar charge on my credit card that the person at the counter did not explain.. It was extremely overpriced and the Bayview was very poor for paying extra for the baby room. Would not stay there again or would I recommend it to anyone?

I like the convenient location for what I was doing. I did not like the broken lamp in my room and the fact there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and when I told them I didn't have any hot water they resolved it in a timely manner. I also did not like the fact that there was only a one armed office chair in the room to set on and I was traveling with one other person, which most people do when traveling for pleasure.

The Cobblestone was well worn, our room had several defective items, and the bay view was negligible. However the music from across the street came through loud and clear until midnight. For the price we paid for a one night stay-over $300- I expected more.
