The room was clean except the refrigerator which was filthy. There were no wash cloths in the room and the shower soap dispenser was empty. A friend who stayed in another rom had no wash cloths either and said their refrigerator was dirty as well. Obviously, this falls on the people who clean the rooms. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. The price was good

A very good economy hotel in an excellent location on the bayfront. The staff was friendly and worked hard, but they needed more help to meet the increased demands of summer vacationers.

Our room did not have a shower curtain or towels. We only received 2 towels with the curtain, requested 2 more but was told laundry was working on it, never delivered. Other than that our stay was satisfactory.

The hotel was directly across from Lake Erie and located in a walkable area. The hotel was clean as was the room. The gym was tiny and breakfast options lacked fruit options but overall it was a good option for an overnight.

This is our 'go to' with seeing a concert at the Warner. We usually walk but Bayfront it a mess. We got there, paying for 2 rooms (almost $600) bc we were kind of stuck. (RIDICULOUS price) We had NO TOWELS IN OUR ROOM. WE HAD NO TOILET PAPER IN OUR ROOM. I go to the front desk and had 3 other ppl behing me with the same issue. I was told the staff would bring towels up later. NEVER GOT ANY. I instructed them if nobody answered the door to please leave them in the room. (We were going to a concert and dinner beforehand.) I was told that they would leave them. Got back at 11 pm. NO towels left behind. We had to be out first thing in the morning. ZERO toilet paper still....I actually had kleenex with me we used for toilet paper. LONG STORY SHORT, WE PAID ALMOST $600 FOR 2 ROOMS OVERNIGHT. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO ASK FOR TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER. I love this place normally. It's not perfect but perfect enough. I love Erie. But after this time, (too much to list), I doubt I will go again. Biggest thing for me is there is NO loyalty rewards or whatever. If you go through regular site, you get shafted. I'd rather have 'zero perks' and a good clean room than a couple bucks off. AGAIN, NO TOWELS OR TOILET PAPER.

The room was fine for the night. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. There was one small trashcan for the whole space - another in the bathroom, at least, would be great. We were on the third floor and the wifi was so weak that it really wasn't worth using. A wifi extender on the top floor would be helpful.

We came to visit family in the area and this hotel was perfect for us. It was close to everything and was very clean and comfortable. The lobby seating area is very nicely done and was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning before checking out.

We appreciated the location—it’s very close to the bayfront—and the price was more affordable compared to the hotels right on the water. However, you definitely get what you pay for. When we checked into our room, there was only one bath towel provided, and the beds were visibly dirty. We strongly considered leaving that night, but instead ended up placing our own blankets over the beds just to get through the stay. Although it was cheaper, the savings weren’t worth the lack of cleanliness. Next time we visit Lake Erie, we’ll be choosing one of the cleaner hotels nearby, even if it means spending a bit more.
