It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable .

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was however a bag of ice left in our freezer from the previous people and the door to our room looked like someone took a hammer to it where it was supposed to close.We had to really push it hard for it too close.

Disappointing
Check in was good. The room was dated but okay since we were there for Black Friday shopping and not spending much time there. Went to the bathroom and seen there was only the end of a toilet paper roll and no extra. Had to ask the front desk for a full one and didn’t seem embarrassed that I had to ask. The breakfast is basic. If you don’t care about frills or mold in the shower I guess this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, stay elsewhere. I’ve stayed at this hotel once a year for the last 10+ yrs but this is the last stay. I won’t be returning. You get what you pay for

One of those things where you get what you pay for. The toilet was broken, you had to flick the handle to get it to stop running. There was a centipede in the bathtub. The shower head trickled water when used and even then the tub didn’t drain. When I went to checkout I waited 15 minutes at the desk and called for someone. Finally I just left my cards on the desk and left.

Do not waste your money here.
There was dirt and dust piled up under the bed. There was mold in the bathroom and the room smelled like cat urine. Another issue was that there was only one set of towels in the room, not enough for two people. We left our stuff in the room and went to find another hotel. Two hours later we returned the key apnd went to ap new hotel. Online photos were very deceiving.

The worst hotel and room ever. Mold everywhere, Dirty, smelly room, not to mention the pillows smelled of vomit. Never staying at a Quality Inn ever again.
