The proximity to shopping was good. The Mattress was old and incredibly soft. The room was really noisy due to the highway being so close. The staff couldn’t print me a receipt at check out. Did they would email if. When I asked what email address they couldn’t verify my email? It seems that when you book through Expedia they don’t give a lot of effort.

Staff was friendly and the rooms appeared to be clean however the other party we were traveling with found a bed bug in their room. While checking in, the visitor infront of me was complaining about bed bugs. Also rooms facing the interstate are very noisy. Won’t be staying here again.

We weren’t able to check in until after 10 PM, fell into bed exhausted. Woke up 15 minutes before check out, called the front desk, she would only extend our check out 30 minutes, unfriendly and extremely curt. From the time we checked in, we felt as though we were an inconvenience. Never again.

Clean, comfortable, great staff
I am a frequent guest at this particular property. In fact, I have stayed 70 plus nights during the past year. It's a no frills place, however the rooms are clean, adequate size, and very comfortable. The staff are amazing, and frequently go out of their way to assist guests. It's close to I-90, and a large casino. The downtown areas, and waterfront are about 15 minutes away by car. Highly recommended, in comparison to other area motels.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The entry door appears to have been damaged in the past. There was a small gap between the bottom of the entry door and the floor. Although the entry door locks worked, the door did not seal on the handle side. I placed the chair against the door before sleeping. I checked out a day early because I was uncomfortable with the entry door.
