I couldn't have imagined how wonderful everything was. The views are breathtaking. The food is tasty. The customer service is top notch. I dreaded going home. I shall return.

Liked the location in a very walkable area, near restaurants and shopping. Not liked: lack of parking because of its location.

The hotel’s idyllic location right on the beach affords breathtaking views as well as fantastic opportunities to take a dip. For those who prefer pools, there is a pool available with ample areas for sun bathing. The shaded areas and the cabanas offer respite from the sun. As common with properties by the beach, the sea mist and sun will relentlessly affect paint, metal, fixtures, etc. This beautiful property could use some aesthetic upkeep. The amiable staff and service are eager to please and they desire to make your stay remarkable. The kitchen has several selections to appeal to varied tastes. I have stayed at The Palms on many occasions, over the past 20 years and it is my go-to place when visiting St. Croix. Shout out to the current manager and staff who are working hard to maintain this ideal location!
