Our large room with a king sized bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful whirlpool bathtub. The water was hot enough to have a therapeutic soak. Our only suggestion is that grab bars or handles. The tub was a little slippery which could lead to a big problem.

The ceiling above us was noisy when the occupant walked across the floor. Made cracking noises. The wall behind the toilet by the floor needs some repairs. Otherwise, everything was very clean and we had an enjoyable stay.

The property was clean including the pool area. They have a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast is fine, just like most. The rooms were clean. This location is about 25 minutes from Okoboji. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the hotel, but there isn't much in this town. All of the staff were pleasant.

The room adjacent to ours was occupied by someone who wouldn’t wake up when their alarm clock went off. They “snoozed” it several times but the alarm was loud and annoying. Not an issue for hotel staff.
