Yesterday there was an entire construction crew at this facility. I was not informed of any construction prior to booking or when checking in. Needless to say, is was extremely noisy. Even more so since the rooms above me were the ones being worked on. Aside from the usual construction noise of power tools, heavy boots, and yelling; they placed a dumpster directly in front of my door and threw materials and furniture into it from the second floor. Each time that happened the noise was unbearable. Later that evening, the roof in my room sprung a leak. Not just a leak, but several leaks. Water started pouring out of the bathroom fan, pouring out of the air filter in the hallway and also came pouring out of four points in the ceiling around the filter. As you can imagine the mess was enormous. It flooded almost half of the room got everything wet; all of our clothes, shoes, my dog's beds their blankets, ruined some vape pens and a couple cell phones and just damaged a lot of things. I was put into a different room which was good. However, it's going to take me two days, at least, to rewash everything, dry everything that I can't put inside the dryer and that's two days off my vacation.

Disgusting and dirty
We had to strip the beds as the sheets were dirty the room was dirty. We could not even take a shower as it was dirty. When I addressed the issue with the front desk all the girl said was do you want a receipt. We will not be staying at this property again. It was the worst service I’ve ever had at this property.

Cold shoulder and a cold room
The weather being oregon, was raining and wet and there was no rug outside the entry door or inside the room to be able to wipe your wet or muddy feet on. What was most uncomfortable was the fact that the heater had a dripping water sound in it the whole time and never adequately heated the room. One issue was the thermostat on the wall had no numbers on it so I did not know whether sliding the lever up or down would make it hotter. I tried both and it stayed the same temperature in the room which was quite chilly. As far as the service is concerned I went in around 2:00 to get my room and I had asked for a first floor room and I was told I would need to wait after 3:00. At 3:30 I returned to the same moment I talked to an hour and a half before and gave her my name again and asked her for the first floor room that she told me I could come back and get in an hour and when I requested that room from her her to response was if I have one available. Well she was the one who told me to come back after 3:00 to get that first floor and then at 3:30 it seemed to be inconvenient for her.

It’s pretty basic, property is kinda basic, aged, and a small homeless encampment on the edge of the property. It was almost $300 a night - I get that it was a football weekend - but it was a very poor property.
