So i booked 2 nights with a night in between. When i came back for the second night the wanted to charge me an early fee. I said I'm not doing that. I'm not feeling well and i need to lay down. I tried to lay down in the lobby and he said he'd call the police. I said go right ahead
The bathroom looked like a gas station bathroom. Wawa bathroom looked better. It did not match the picture. No counter space. Hotel staff were not friendly.
This is a motel (not a 5 star hotel), so it met my expectations for a motel.

While we were checking in another person came up and was basically asking if someone could come look at the 2nd room he had been put in for cleanliness(new room floor was dirty and mirrors dirty) Which I thought he had done politely, and the host snapped at him saying she would give him a refund and he could go find another place, but she was ok with checking us in.
Got to our room and we had to open up the windows and door to vent the cleaning supply smell was very overwhelming. Which took about 30 min at least . Room was ok some small debris still on the floor, skirting in bed was visibly dirty and so were the window bench cushions. The linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was still wet from when they cleaned it, but there was hair still on the shower walls. Whatever cleaning solution they had use for the shower made the floor very slippery. The unit has been freshly painted, but the painting was not a good job at all. Looks like they hired some kids to paint it for their very first time. I don’t think I have super high standards so this was ok place but certainly not the 7.8 that I saw for review. This was more of a 5.
Will I stay there again? I’m unsure for $95 a night as some of the other places were $200 a night for the weekend.
Room was in disreapir and not especially clean. Many people were waiting for their rooms to be ready nearly an hour after check in time and person working the desk was being rude to them. It was uncomfortable and awkward. Price was good, especially for a holiday weekend
Fix the appliances and I would be content for the price but overall the care for your guest is not there it just needs tlc.

Check in was ok, but lengthy. I noticed what seemed to be a homeless camp-out on hotel property. Went to the free breakfast in the morning LAME! No eggs, no meat. Just toast, coffee, a waffle maker. At 7:30am, the coffee was not even made. The 3 homeless campers were in the “breakfast” room hanging out and eating the lame breakfast. 2 thumbs down.
The first room we checked into, the adjoining room door was broken and had a refrigerator placed in front of it. The second room offered to us, after complaining, was on the first floor. The safety lock was broken/ripped off the door. Other rooms on that floor had visible crack/wholes in doors jams where the safety locks had also been broken/ripped on the doors. Property was falsely advertised with pictures not belonging to the property and rooms were not safe for guests.
As soon as you walk into the hotel there was a smell that was not appealing. Thought it was just the lobby but the smell continued to the second floor and in the fitness center. The towels had stains on them. The bed linens looked as if they were used from the previous guest and replaced on the bed. The mini couch did not look clean and even at 2am, there were people just chatting away, making it difficult to sleep
Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a very strong smell of cleaning solution. The clerk was friendly and gave us our key. As we entered the room, we noticed the light was out over the bathroom sink. Further inspection showed that the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and that we couldn’t close the curtain because the bar was angled down. Very strong chemical smell in the room. Requested a new room from the desk and was given one. The second room also smelled overwhelmingly strong, the safety latch for extra security was missing from the door. Dead bugs in the windowsill and in general the room was rundown. The chemical smell and lack of a secondary lock on the door helped us make the decision to leave and go to another hotel. Wasn’t happy about losing the money from that reservation, but I l refuse to stay someplace like that. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but there are just certain basic needs that should come with a hotel room. Safety and clean air are two of those needs.
