The staff were nice, but they were shorthanded because of the snow storm, which meant delays in checking in. But they were nice and friendly when they were able to get to the front desk. The place and room were nice

Initially upon check in, gave me a dirty room. Not just missed items, an actual room that someone else had stayed in and had not been cleaned before trying to put me into it. Staff was helpful at changing my room, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Room was hot and humid, temp controls couldn’t keep the room at a tolerable temp. Had to ask for toilet paper since the roll that was in there was not replaced and we did not have a spare. 5:30-8am heard foot traffic and doors slamming. Was not able to sleep in past that even though we were on vacation. Just a hard stay.

Jess and Laurie are the best at comfort inn
Jess is the best front desk person ! She’s very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that is going on in the business! I see Laurie cleaned my room 312 very immaculate!

Jess and Laurie superb!
Amazingly great place to stay! Jess is the most awesome host at the front desk ! Very courteous, friendly, helpful and greets everyone with a smile and great attitude, can’t say much about the other desk clerk, I find that if your of color her gesture is way different when a person of non color she has a very different personality in her demeanor and is more pleasant. Anyways Jess and Laurie at this hotel are the best of the best, they treat everyone with respect no matter who or what their nationality is. Great place to stay and overall I just like these two employees who make you feel important regardless of your race. King size bed is the bomb, like the two employees who goes above and beyond.
