The algorithm will not let me explain my experience so bottom line, I will never stay at this hotel ever again unless I find management has been changed. Bed was hard and thermostat didn’t work.

The room wasnt the cleanest had hair on the floor, ice bucket was gross, a red blood stain on the bathroom wall. No temp control, was very hot and freezing in the morning. Staff yelled at my autistic child for being in her way on the side walk. During check out was accused 3 times for stealing a mattress they came in the room twice to verify. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Staff definitely need hospitality training.

Was charged 100 deposit. The first room had a used condom in the bathroom so we changed rooms. In the a.m. they kept the 100 due to ink pen stains on the sheets. We don't use the motel/hotel sheets and towels due to this.

Stayed 5 nights. Room was clean, heater was either off or on, nothing in between. Bed was sub-par, woke with back-hop aches on regular basis. When we first arrived, they were charging us more than what was quoted us for the weeks stay. After complaining and producing the hotels.com receipt, they corrected the price. Probably will not stay at this motel again.

Air conditioner went out then they decided to turn off the air conditioning and turn on the heat when it’s still in the high 70s and low 80s during the day and you had to pay to basically get your laundry done that’s a part of the room

The staff was good but the room I'm not sure was cleaned there was someone else's food in the fridge as well as the shower was broken and very hard to set water. Broken and warn out items in room.
