Air conditioner went out then they decided to turn off the air conditioning and turn on the heat when it’s still in the high 70s and low 80s during the day and you had to pay to basically get your laundry done that’s a part of the room

The staff was good but the room I'm not sure was cleaned there was someone else's food in the fridge as well as the shower was broken and very hard to set water. Broken and warn out items in room.

First the TV channels were terrible, room wasn't clean, no refreshing of towels. Staff were okay. Motel 6 needs to change of accommodations, having to worry about nothing is a plus. Everything should be working. No more stays at Motel 6 again

Parking was okay. Room was dirty there was no trashcan in the room or the bathroom. There was no amenities. There was a dead spider stuck on the door the beddings has a cigarette burn and there was a stain on the bedding. Oh our “reservation was canceled “ even though it was stated on hotels.com that “no deposit was needed to make a reservation”.
