The place is understaffed, which made for a 3-hour long wait for my room to be ready, even though I made the reservation weeks in advance (through a third party site, which might have been the main problem, and not a reflection of the motel reservation system itself)... This said, the staff were as accommodating as they could be with what limited resources and help they had available. Thank you for allowing me to wait in the lobby, and for providing water and ice for myself and my pets to keep cool during the blistering summer day. Pool, laundry, and ice machine were out-of-service, but the room and linens were clean, and the property was quiet with working surveillance cameras, which, as a single woman traveler the later was far more important to me.
