Outstanding Service and Excellent Stay at Carina Gold Hotel We had an amazing 4-night stay at Carina Gold Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. Especially when we were visiting with my disabled daughter. The reception team Especially Burhan he is amazing was professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.He also arranged a well-planned 2-day program for us, offering honest recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. Also I have to mention Mr Burak he is a fine young man, who will do anything for you if you ask him. His kindness and hospitality will take him far and high in his future. The hotel itself was absolutely clean, and the rooms were in perfect order—well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Carina Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! Great staff, great location, good breakfast, comfortable room. From kind pre-stay communication to easy check-process, we were comfortable before we even got to the room.

This property is very nice. The people are nice and polite. Breafast was great. The only thing was that there were not lift to go to our bedroom and two story. Next time would like to have a building with elevator.

Beautiful hotel with prefect mix of authenticity and modern conveniences! Walking distance to major tourist attraction (albeit hilly) like Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bizarre, Basilica Cistern and more! Looking forward to returning again!
