Check in was Great !!!!!!!! Morning checkout not very nice, The guy working the counter was in the office and took awhile to come out. Once he did I asked him where I needed to drop off my room key or do I just hand it to him. He never acknowledged my question and just turned around and walked back in the office. I just left the key on the counter. 2 other guests at breakfast was complaining about his behavior as well, at least I know I did nothing wrong. Not sure if he was just too busy doing other things or he was having some personal issues.

Do not stay here. Was very dirty, bugs in bed. People hanging out at front followed us to our room and tried to rob us. Police had to get contacted. Very unsafe. Do not trust the picture online. Lobby is in okay condition but rooms are absolutely awful. Do not stay here.

The faciliity is a beautiful design. The landscaping is nice. The issue no upkeep. The lack of maintenance- trimming lands caping, cutting grass, pressure washing building, painting spots as needed. The cleaniness of the rooms was about 75% just a little extra effort and the rooms would have been fine. Very similar to the overall complex needed daily maintenance and it would be a great facility. The bar and restaurant are closed as well.

Super nice lobby, the rooms are meh.. it's an old ass hotel from the 60s they've put lipstick on. The outter grounds are dirty, ground floor rooms have a door to the outside that's unusable and our door didn't seal up.

Front desk & house keeping staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were dirty could use a fresh coat of paint. Dirty walls, showers, carpet that might not have vacuumed in a bit. Had to push hard on the bathroom door because the wood was expanding from years of moisture. We just needed a value hotel on a family visit so it worked

I actually booked this room for a friend that was in town. About 3am she felt a bite on her arm. Turns out it was a BED BUG! So that basically ruined her morning as it would anyone else! She left a note and the bed bug in a napkin for the housekeepers.

There was no cable/television working on the entire property according to staff. However, the lobby tv was working. No further explanation. Was not a well maintained property and would not recommend.

This property is not kept up. It looks abandoned from the street. Very old and not maintained. The view from balcony is so dirty it’s scary. I would never stay here again. The A/C is not cold at all! Elevator did not work going down it only works going up. I have toddlers and had to go to stairs to get down . Never again!

No TV services

Got to the hotel checked in and did not have any TV service all weekend. They did not mention it at the front desk when i checked in. Nor did they try to accommodate for the inconvenience for not having and TV service. If I had known that i wouldn’t have stayed there for that weekend. A room with no TV, is crazy for your stay there.
