Approximately 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax on third floor balcony watching and listening to the waves roll in, sun yourself at oceanside pool, or swim in the ocean. Folly Beach is a charming island town, just 12 miles from Charleston. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and South Carolina's longest fishing pier.

From the comfort of the master bed, you can see and/or listen to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom. The property is fenced and gated, providing you extra privacy and ensuring you that parking is always available.

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway!

Our stay at the property was great! We have young children so tend to stay at the beach and in for most meals. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots and pans! The rooms were great for storage and had plenty of room. We definitely would stay again!

Short and Sweet

While the weather didn’t cooperate and we chose to leave early to avoid a storm, Jerry was great to work with and easy to communicate with. The property itself was very nice. Great location and very clean! Wish we had gotten to stay longer.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Wow, what a stunning view. The location of these villas is worth every penny! We were able to walk everywhere. The condo itself was very nice! Only complaint we had was the spare room with the queen bed was VERY noisy and squeaky. Probably just needs a new frame. Everything in the condo was wonderful and updated! Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience!

I don’t go on vacation to write reviews. I go on vacation to rest and relax. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and the communication with the owners made it easy for our family to unwind and enjoy the time off. The condo is in a great location with excellent views of the beach and easy proximity to downtown. We even had front row seats to the New Years Eve fireworks and the polar plunge the next day. It was great.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

The instructions received prior to our arrival made parking and access go smoothly. This was much appreciated after a long couple of days of travel. The condo was very clean and inviting. Foremost the views of the ocean were beautiful from sunrise to sunset. Totally enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Best Location

This was our first time at this property. We were so close to everything that we did not need to move the car most days. It was easy to take the family to the beach and it was adjacent to the lifeguard stand so we were comfortable swimming in the ocean. We will try to stay at this property again.

Relaxing old school beach town

Folly is an old school beach town. Restaurants and surf shops just a block away. Surfers by the dozens every morning. The condo was just what we needed. Everything was nicely updated and we had plenty of space to spread out. A trip to Charleston was a must. Visit the Charleston Tea Plantation/Garden for a unique experience.
