This hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious. The free breakfast could use some help. There were few options and the danishes seemed old.

The room was nice until I realized that there was a power issue. We spent most of the trip either calling the front desk or going to the front desk to have them fix the breaker. Asked for another room they stated nothing was available. When I checked out the lady at the front desk stated she would take care of the issue and call me back 24 hours later no call nothing. If you plan on staying here you might bring power back up for phones and computers because you might not have electricity in the room to charge anything, To top this off I paid 608 for 2 nights to have no power.

It was great very close to the event we went to. We were on the third floor and at one point there was an overwhelming smell of urine in the hallway. Went to dinner and after returning the smell was gone. Great job by whatever staff took care of it.

Good rooms and service, bad breakfast and smell
The room conditions were good for a budget inn, and I didn't have any problems with it. Lobby service was fast, and there was always someone there. Continent breakfast was very disappointing in its selection. The water machine also broke. The location is convenient for accessing many restaurants, but the whole neighborhood smelled really bad outside like cow manure.

Clean, friendly and affordable!
The only downside was that the walls were very thin and there was a big gap under my door, but a set of earplugs and a rolled-up towel will fix that! Kind and helpful folks work here. A quick and safe walk to the events arena and nearby restaurants. Highly recommended!

Stay was only one night for the Weezer show at the Blue Arena. This was a great place to stay, after the show. Ate at The Boot for dinner. Walkable to the restaurant and venue.

It's a very nice hotel, our bathroom toilet had a black ring in it. Maybe they need to put some bleach in it. The breakfast was mediocre, typical continental breakfast, the only hot thing was the waffle. Would I stay again, yes or was a very nice hotel.

Snapshot - they took payment twice and are refusing to refund the duplicate payment Details - Turned up and they could not find our booking, despite me having confirmation. I had to book and pay for another room on arrival, after just landing in the country. I then check my credit card after my holiday, and see they have taken payment twice. Despite numerous messages, they are refusing to give me back the duplicate charges for some reason saying they do not refund cancellations. I did not cancel, I arrived on the day of my booking and and they could not find it. They don't understand this error, and keep saying they cannot refund cancellations as per their policy. I am still battling for my refund of the duplicate charge, but I warn anyone about staying in this hotel.
