Excellent service overall, especially the beachside service and front desk staff. Some of the helpful few have been Charles (front desk), some beach side staff - Tyler, Kevin, Thyreke, James. They were very accommodating to our early check in and late checkout. Everyone gave us the best vacation experience for the weekend. The beach was clean and lovely, the resort was also well kept with great mixed drinks and food. We also did the mermaid brunch while we were here, and highly recommend it. Very impressive team of mermaids!

Very rude staff. You can't ask them a question without them being rude. I'm very confused how disney cruise line is associated with them. I booked due to DCL transportation but will definitely forgo the transportation next time for better service! Do not recommend.

The hotel was nice enough and clean. It’s the little things, like bolts that held the screening on the balcony were rusted through. I didn’t realize I had to valet park. $55 for one night was a lot!
