Excellent staff and great breakfast food at the restaurant. Tried calling for in-room dining on multiple occasions and there was no answer (may be understaffed). The actual room was a bit dirty - especially the kitchen. Valet parking was overpriced, and unclear if there were any other options.

Arrogant and no Air conditioning
We arrived to the hotel at 8pm. We were told that the air conditioning was not working and had been out of service for 2days. We were not notified in spite of having an existing reservation, and receiving multiple texts regarding things to do. The desk person was arrogant and unapologetic. As far as I can tell, we were charged for two rooms under Samson. I am expecting a full refund ASAP.

I will never stay here again!
The valet at check in was terrible. We had to carry everything up to our room, there was no A/C, someone is storing personal items in the closet, and the bathroom floor was filthy.

The worst front desk service I have ever had. I have been with Hilton for years. My employees always book with Hilton. As the CEO of my company and here on business I was lied to, disrespected and treated poorly. The valet service was amazing, and a few of the front desk people were accommodating. The assistant FO manager does not belong in hospitality. I did not expect this as over the 9 days I have spent over 6 thousand dollars with this establishment. The GM has his hands full with the staff here. Wait staff was amazing. And my experience only reflects on some of the front desk staff.

I always have a great time coming here. The facilities are like a low key resort of sorts. There is a beach really close by as well. Also a cute park you can walk through and sit at a bench on the canal. I wanna give a special shoutout to the staff though. Specifically Gianni, Tanya, Danielle, and the lady that works nights with Tanya (sorry I didn’t get her name. She was at the front desk with Tanya working the computers etc.) The staff is pretty awesome and the pool access as well as the hot tub was clutch. The vending machines/snacks are pretty overpriced lol but the Publix supermarket is literally across the street. But yeah basically my room had issues and they resolved it immediately (Danielle and Tanya) as well as being super accommodating on the fly (Gianni always helpful everytime! And the lady with Tanya was so nice too!) For sure stay here. It’s worth it.

Nice hotel but missing some small things
Was there early after disembarking a cruise. Was told they would call me after the room was ready but they never did. Went to front desk and it was ready. Room internet was horrible. Couldn’t use anywhere but the living room…even 3 ft away in the dining room it wouldn’t connect. Bathroom seemed to be missing amenities such as soap or body wash. It did have shampoo and conditioner and a third spot with not bottle so perhaps it was just our room.

Location was great - off the canal and a short walk to the beach. Great balcony view. The hot tub was not warm enough so not really usable. The laundry situation was not good. You needed coins and the front desk was not able to supply them. The alternative was to download an app which I did however the app did not pick up the available machines so I entered personal credentials and loaded money only to have no access to a washing machine. Hotel is a bit dated but very comfortable.
