Horrible customer service. We booked this hotel due to airport shuttle. We called hotel when we landed to confirm we were waiting on shuttle and in the correct area. After thirty minutes of waiting we contacted them again and they said they would call the driver. We waited again for another thirty minutes and never saw a shuttle. We were tired and ready to eat so we got a taxi to hotel. It cost us 50 dollars. We arrived at the hotel to a busy lobby and two staff trying to get rooms situated. We got our room and walked into a cleaner bottle sitting on counter. There was dirty towels hanging on door in bathroom. We checked the room to see if it was clean and we dealt with it because they said they were booked full. The breakfast area is way too small for the size of hotel. We sat on sofas because it had no seating in area designated for breakfast. We will not be using this hotel again nor Holiday Inn Express. Over priced and definitely should be a two star hotel

Plumbing was in rough shape. (I am a plumber) your pressure is too high you probably need a new pressure regulator. The toilet is singing when you flush, and the drinking fountain was shooting too far. The shower valve had a loose screw.

At breakfast, I was given a spray bottle and rag by the staff and was told to wipe down a dirty table to use. I observed other staff eating breakfast along with guests instead of tending to guests in the bustling lobby. However, they were sure to close the breakfast area by 9:28, two minutes ahead of time.

Can't go wrong for the price!
The folks at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room had everything I needed...a micro, a fridge, 2 comfortable beds (great firm mattress), tons of pillows, everything worked well. I worked out in a gym with weights, treadmills, stationary bike. Oh, and the breakfast was "the usual" but some extras besides the eggs and pancakes and bagels...they had oatmeal and individual yogurts and warm cinnamon rolls... How can you go wrong for the price??

Staff and area around hotel was good. The hotel shuttle took over an hour to pick my friends and I up from the airport. We got a room for 5 people and the pullout bed was broken. We informed the front desk and they claimed they did not know it was broken. We could not get a new room because they were booked up. My friend had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Thankfully we only stayed one night.
