Office is common across all properties and have to walk between buildings across 3 streets multiple times for each requirement which is highly stressful. Breakfast is served only between 8-9 in a separate building which is very unreasonable to get for a huge crowd. No drinking water anywhere in the property, No ice dispenser, forced to pay $7 for 2 small water bottles. No coffee machines. Very outdated old buildings. Parking is $20 per night. Location and kitchen are the only plus points. Not worth the cost.

This hotel is gross. I couldn’t believe how nasty it was inside the room. While they did change me to an upgraded room at their partner hotel, I still couldn’t believe they put me in here first of all.

Our unit was old but clean. We were here for four days, the last day was a Saturday and it was very noisy. The rest of the time was passably quiet. The water in the unit did not get very warm. I would stay here again but I would ask for a different location

This was not a "hotel" as the name says. It was a very old motel. The pictures on hotels.com must be from many years ago. The bathroom was scary. I didn't even want to use it. The water pressure in the shower was very slow. THE DOOR HAS A BIG CREASE IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS STILL OPEN. I WAS UP ALL NIGHT LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SAFE. The office staff was rude. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.

Disgusting property and terrible customer service
It was the most absolutely disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen it had holes punched in the walls and the hotel was falling apart, all that on top of the hotels bait and switch practices they are a complete scam and just chase fees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here ever I would’ve rather slept in my car. Idk who wrote the good reviews because there’s no way in hell

Just the worst
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never left a property mid reservation before but they kept trying to charge us multiple fees everyday. Rooms were in disrepair but we knew it was a get what you pay for situation based on other reviews. We just needed a place to sleep and this staff treated us like garbage. Was told multiple times, "I make the rules here!" Do not waste even a penny at this place.
