DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. The king suite was DIGUSTINGLY DIRTY. There was mold EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Management was extremely rude! We checked out IMMEDIATELY and both the hotel owners & Expedia refused to refund our stay. We had to check into another hotel all together. Do yourself a favor, stay off of Expedia and do not book this hotel!

Hidden fees. They charge you a fee extending your stay while already in the room. Hidden fees that were not explained during your initial stay. Make sure to ask all the necessary questions before booking. The staff wasn't friendly. If you need room service you have to request it but they supplied fresh towels almost daily.

We had a great stay. Literally a couple minutes walk from the ocean and on a great boardwalk. Only thing that was a little sketchy was there was a gap at the top and bottom of our door that lead to the street. Loved the room, was practically a studio apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. Large open room, great big bed, nice table with seating, couch, oven, full fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and storage, closet/drawers. Overall really great place to stay. Would honestly recommend.

Normally, hotels do cleaning every day. Here, it says on the back of the door that it is done every 3 days. But I stayed for a week. They did not do any cleaning. I told the reception twice. They said they would clean your room tomorrow, but they did not do any cleaning in seven days. Normally there should be free parking in hotels but here they show the hotel price as cheap and charge a parking fee. I booked a hotel without realizing it and I am sure there will be many people like me. This is the first time I have seen a hotel charge a parking fee. If you don't pay the parking fee, they give you a $40 fine. I didn't pay it one day and got a $40 fine. I paid the $40 when I left but they didn't even give me a receipt. Even though it has been a day since I left the hotel, they still haven't refunded my deposit, they are taking a deposit of around $100, I wish I had paid $10 more per day and stayed at a more upscale hotel.
