Even though this hotel is older and dated, the rooms are very clean and pretty spacious. We had two queen beds with a kitchenette and a small table with 4 chairs. We arrived early and asked if we could possibly check in. They were very accommodating as they immediately had our rooms cleaned so we could get in them. The pool area is old but nice. Lounge chairs could us some updated cushions as they were faded and very worn looking. Parking was small area. Hotel is very convenient to everything in the area. It’s a good value for location

Relocating back to Boca from Silicon Valley California for job, also former housekeeping supervisor @ nearby Beach Club PROS: - Excellent front desk Management - Amber and Paige are kind and excellent communication - Excellent cleaning service, housekeeping is very kind and courteous - Pleasant smell in room (no moldy, smoky, or musky odors) - Modern furnishing (comfortable plush bed) - spacious large unit (not clausterphobic) - Upgraded kitchenette with VERY modern luxury appliances (Our Place) not the cheap kind you find in an extended stay - Dishes, pots, pans, garbage bags, soaps, sponges much of everything you need - remote key code locks felt secure - So close the the beach!!! two entrances - (one on the left is closer, very short walking distance (beach entrance on the right is farther) CONS - My unit in particular had broken venetian blinds at the bottom so it was annoying not being able ot fully close the window - bathtub and bathtub sink had slow draining - the kitchenette wall was very thin since its built past the wall into the unit next door (poor insulation) so I could hear (only 1 night) a really loud obnoxious neighbor (but that's just them being super loud) Guests the following evening were not as loud - A/C unit didn't have heating option, it surprisingly did get cold at night Punchline: Overall my stay was excellent, I had no regrets booking (except that one awkward night hearing a guest screaming loud and slamming doors but that's to be expected)

Clean, easy check in and out. The kitchen outlets were not working and they hadn’t restocked the room with some items but the location is why I like it. Easy walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants

Clean, across the street from the beach. Super easy Check in and very peaceful location about 5 min drive to get over the bridge to coffee/ restaurants. In room fridge, coffee maker, stove top and pans to cook. Fabulous!
