I chose the Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort primarily for its location, and in that regard, it gets a 5-star rating from me. The convenience of walking right onto the beach was perfect for my layover. However, the hotel itself needs some care—it’s definitely dated in many aspects. Upon arrival, my first impression was that of a money grab. I was offered an ocean view for an additional $100, which felt unnecessary. Many amenities, like certain chairs inside the hotel, mini golf, and parking, come with extra fees. Although parking was included with my Expedia booking, it was frustrating to find out that I had to park across the street while the valet service took the better spots on the hotel grounds. Even though we paid for parking, we were relegated to less convenient spaces. If you don’t mind dated facilities and extra charges, this hotel is very well-located. But for those who value convenience and a more modern feel, you might want to consider other options.

Second floor balcony was extremely hot between the air-conditioning and the big hotel air-conditioning below A bit pricey for a beach chair considering when booking they portrayed to be included Onto the good stuff Right on the beach excellent view Hot tub and pool right outside beside the tiki bar couldnt ask for better for the price

I thought the property was very nice. Except for the shower was not clean mold on the edges. Of the shower. Where the glass was put in? But you train your stuff well. Went to breakfast, came back and everything was 👍

I recently stayed at Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean and cozy, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and ready to assist with any needs. The parking attendants were also excellent, providing efficient and courteous service. The pool area was always spotless, and the food service offered convenient and affordable options. One of the highlights was the easy access to the beach, which is a significant advantage, especially for families traveling with kids. The beach itself was clean and not overcrowded, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort for a family vacation. Everything was amazing except the construction being done on my side in the building. I wish my room wasn’t right below their site. We couldn’t sleep in past 8am or have a mini afternoon rest due to the banging. Other than that I recommend this place.

Expensive property and old dated. Not many options inside the hotel for eating, and the only restaurant available was pretty bad. There many other options around this area better than this hotel. 2 star because it is by the beach.
