Staff was kind and wonderful. I was charged twice for my stay, but it was fixed quickly. The shower in our room was AWFUL and never fixed or offered to switch rooms. The water pressure about took our skin off. Room was dirty and when asked for more towels we were told no.

My suit jacket was stolen by the maintenance staff. I left it in the closet and called two hours after checkout. The next day, they told me it was never found because the cleaning staff has different schedules and high turnover.

Not a great experience

Hotel is dated and needs a big face lift. Our bathtub and sick were both clogged and the room was musty. We had paid for breakfast with our booking, but the hotel charged us an additional $50 once we checked out. Now I’m going to have to fight with them to get back the $50. Not a great experience
