Very nice amenities with Riverwalk view.

Hotel is good and well situated. The restaurant, bar, swimming pool and gym are very good. The highlight of the stay. Overpriced for what it offers. They charge it because of the location. Bathrooms are very dated.

We love the location of the Riverside Hotel. Las Olas Blvd. is fun with lots of shopping and dining choices. The hotel is clean and very affordable. The only down side was our room was located in the older part of the hotel. The mattress and the pillows are the worst! I had back aches and headaches every morning. We were disappointed in the quality of the bed. Riverside really needs to upgrade and provide better beds in this older section of the hotel. We have stayed in the newer part and the beds are nice. There’s no reason to have terrible beds in ANY part of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location--right off of Las Olas Blvd. Cool features in the rooms like motion-sensored lighting under the beds. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay. Went to a concert at the Au Rene Theater and went to dinner. Bustling nightlife surrounds this hotel. Great breakfast.

Our main complaint was the chair in the room. We had a micro room, which was fabulous, but the chair legs extended out from the back and stubbed our toes off it quite frequently!

Great service

The service was great. We had issues with our room keys not working on our room lock. It took several tries and many trips to the front desk but still couldn’t get our room key to work. The night security guard Dwight worked on the issue but could not get the lock to work. He was great and went out of his way to help. We were finally booked into another room and everything worked perfectly. We were also given a voucher for $40 dollars for our troubles.

We stayed at Riverside pre-cruise. We really enjoyed the hotel. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. We took the River Taxi cruise, and that was very fun. Really beautiful. I would stay there again.

Great hotel experience

Stayed in a balcony tower room that looks over the River. So nice and clean. Spacious room and bed was comfortable . Right on Los Olas Blvd which made shopping and dining options great!

The water in both our tub and sink backed up so other than the toilet the bathroom was not usable. The best thing about the hotel is it Location. The food services at the hotel are OK. They are not great. There’s better options in the community.

Older property in the heart of Las Olas Blvd. shopping, eateries, and bars. Great options for food and entertainment. Water taxi literally at your back door, that takes you to a host if other options for shopping and entertainment. It was a great choice for pre-cruise vacation. 3 generations loved it.

The service and staff at the Riverside Hotel attended to out every need. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I had a great experience and would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.
