The Sonesta is a great place ! I had to evacuate due to hurricane MILTON. There was very little space that accepted pets or was pet friendly, the Sonesta took my pets and myself in on the Monday prior to the storm. They were warm, friendly, courteous and most of all welcoming And that made the Sonesta properties my place to stay in all my future trips .

Very welcoming smooth check in and check out rooms were very clean with all amenities needed in the bathroom. The only negative remark is the room stated it would be two queen beds but actually the beds were not queen size 2 people did not fit properly in the bed, it was more like a full-size bed

The view was amazing. The front desk staff, especially Shenoyah, was incredibly accommodating and also helped us to fix a mix-up that could have completely detoured our honeymoon.

Rooms and Valet Parking are overpriced. There was nothing “deluxe” about my room and it had a persisting stench coming from the carpet. The hallways are a bit dark. Ice Machines should’ve on every floor. Having a Half-Shower-Pane design doesn’t work and water from shower stall runs excessively… A potentially high liability and safety issue! On the other end, the staff, mainly Erica & Shetonya (Front Desk) and Cory (Bar) were simply stellar! Still won’t return there - just not worth all those countless fees added to room rates!

Amazing veiw over looking the oc
Very clean,safe hotel and a amazing veiw. please under stand that parking is $50 a day! I had a renter car but took it back the next day . I decided that uber would be cheaper and it was .

I loved that my room faced the ocean which is why i picked this hotel in the first place. The pool area was small and there was no jacuzzi which was disappointing but all in all it was a great stay.

This was the second time staying here and it was great. We had an issue with the room they gave us and they immediately moved us to a new room. Staff was friendly, room was clean, wonderful time.
