We have been there several times and we always enjoy the place. The balcony is very nice. The only downside this time was that we were not able to get towels at the beach because stocks were low for a reason we do not know. Would definitely go back again though.

We have been there several times and we always enjoy the place. Love the balcony and the kitchenette. The only downside was that we were not able to get towels on the beach chairs this time, stocks were low for a reason we do not know. Would definitely go back again.

DO NOT BOOK! This place is the complete opposite of luxury. It is the worst "Luxury" hotel I've ever seen. The building is outdated. The Valet and front desk clerk are completely unprofessional. The hotel is understaffed and musty smelling. As I awaited check in, I overheard the valet (who was also the bellhop) telling a guest could they wait until tomorrow to get there sandals from the car because they didn't have enough people to get the cars. I proceeded to leave and get a room next door at the Hilton. BEWARE this "luxury resort" is a catfish GHOSTTOWN! Never stayed and expedia won't give me a refund or the hotel. DO NOT BOOK!

The staff at this property went above and beyond for everything. They treated us like we were 5 star guests every time we saw someone. They always asked if we needed anything. A bonus was the chairs, water and towels at the beach included with our stay. We will definitely stay here again. The bell boy was awesome for any question we had.

Classy, Hospitable with Generous Amenities
Beautiful, inviting hotel with a classic upscale feel without the pretentiousness. We felt welcome and enjoyed friendly, professional customer service at the front desk, at the pool and at the valet station. We had an ocean view studio and found it to be spacious, super clean and exactly as pictured online. The bathroom provided a separate closed door toilet area for privacy in addition to the shower and bathtub. The balcony was cozy and oh the views! Our 3 day visit to Ft Lauderdale turned into a resort-like getaway.

Initial guest service staff was not that supportive. Felt like because I booked through Expedia there was a lack of care and concern as a guest. My room had to be changed because there was hair in the shower. The next room the shower didn’t work properly. I was just frustrated and displeased with quality of service and amenities.

Cockroache infested
Awful! This hotel is cockroache infested, guest services were rude and unhelpful. They can’t help with anything and wouldn’t even refund us when we checked out after seeing the disgusting cockroache infection in our room! When we arrived out at our room, it hadn’t even been made. We stayed one night of a 3 night stay, after seeing the cockroaches left the next day. Guest services wouldn’t refund us for the unused 2 days. When we arrived there were food and pizza boxes is the hallway, they were still there when we departed the hotel 20 hours later!!!! No wonder there’s cockroaches everywhere.
