The balcony & view were spectacular - only issue was there were people at the pool later & louder than they should have been & there were a couple times when we smelled cigarette smoke - probably from a balcony below us that we couldn't see. The room was wonderful except a few minor issues. The light on the makeup mirror & the light on the microwave were both out & we had to reset the GFI to get the coffee maker to work. There was a broken tile in the bathroom doorway. Restaurant was great. Overall a wonderful experience & would definitely stay again!

Gah. We came on Christmas and booked this hotel due to the VIP access Expedia offer of a late check out (heading out at 1 pm). We requested a 1 pm checkout, and mind you we checked in after 6 pm, and were immediately denied…. No ask to check our room number etc just asked for more money. The supervisor was so rude about it… on Christmas to boot. Our five year old just wanted a chance at the pool before we headed out. Overall, the 4.5 stars is not even close. It’s a 3 at best. Older, unwelcoming lobby, small pool, and the service is not any better than motel.

The room was very nice, great location. Endless dining opportunities within walking distance. The pool was very warm, the pigeon feathers in the water was annoying. Had a very nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone was polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The valet attendants were also very nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were really nice. The little store in the hotel was way too expensive… I mean 5 buck for a candy bar. The place was nice… some of the areas were run down. None of the bathrooms had locks on them.
