Disappointed with The Diane
We usually stay here 2-3 times a year for a couple of nights before our cruise and have recommended The Diane Hotel to many people over the past few years however, at our most recent stay we were totally disappointed with our room. This property needs a makeover and needs to be cleaned! Come on guys for the price we paid you surely can do better than this!

Absolutely loved my time here and will stay here in the future. Rooms were clean, property was maintained- at first glance it seemed like parking was going to be an issue, but if you paid you always had a spot ( orange cone included so that when you leave it ensures no one takes your spot) - Nicks bar right next door with great food and drinks, right across from the beach, wonderful view, plenty to do just walking down the boardwalk. Totally recommend!

Perfect Location
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants, minimart and a concert pavilion……oh and your door opens to the beach!

I have stayed here a few times and always like the fact of the closeness to all that Hollywood beach has to offer. the rooms are clean, and it is a quiet hotel right on the beach. A few minor things this time around. one of the beds had a dirty comforter, there were black marks on it. and some of the in-room dishes were dirty. but overall, it is still my favorite place to stay in Hollywood! I'll be back a few more time this year!

Perfect location, lovely room
My third time in Hollywood beach on vaca, first stay at the Diane. Definitely my favorite place. Right on the beach, lounge chair outside the room in the balcony walkway. Staff did a great job cleaning and front desk very helpful with all needs! Would definitely book again!

The place is fine but not worth the price, for instance a coffee machine but not coffee, creamer etc. The light in the bathroom is inadequate and with no fan. Other than that it's ok

Great Location, bathroom could be cleaned a little
Pros: GREAT location right on the beach and boardwalk. Property has had interior renovations fairly recently. Cons: The bathroom wasn't very clean. There was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom floors, the shower had sand on the floor, and the window shelf in the shower hadn't been cleaned in some time - it had dirt and trash on it. The floors also felt a bit slimy/slippery (maybe cleaning supplies?), so I wore socks while inside. The internet was pretty slow as well, which made it hard to do much on my computer.
