It’s a 2 star rating
The maintenance guy was up very early making loud noises and could not sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small hard to use to toilet. The toilet paper was very thin like sand paper. However, the shower was big. Very close to beach and restaurants.

Always our favorite 'deal' on Hollywood Beach. Friendly and helpful staff, great price andocation. Parking is always a challenge but this year we ought the City parking pass online - wasn't too hard to find a spot, once you know the rules. 1/5th the price of Margaritaville and not any further from the Boardwalk. Chairs and towels available (free),and even bicycles. My Dad came from North Miami Beach to visit - so instead of paying the Beach robbers over $60 for extra chairs and an umbrella (that they pick up at t:30-6pm) we popped over to Walmart and got an extra chair, chaise lounge, and an umbrella that clipped to his wheel chair for about $35, and would keep them as long as we liked ;) We left the extra chair and chaise lounge at the motel office, for others to use (Dad liked the umbrella and took it home) Good food nearby, and even a concert at the Boardwalk bandshell on Wednesday night.
