Wasn’t cleaned

I arrived to the property with my 4 children during a global pandemic to a unit that had not been cleaned. Dirty linens, dirty dishes, trash in the cans, rotting food in the refrigerator. My oldest daughter ended up getting sick and we ended up leaving early. Also there was not a single wash cloth in the unit. The construction made it impossible to walk to the beach with a stroller or beach wagon. That important bit of information should be disclosed. Very dissatisfied with our experience.

Girls Trip 2021

The property and grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed a great great pool. The condo was perfect for my group of five women. Only hiccups - ice maker stopped working, bathtub would not drain and water pressure was awful. I called the management and the fixed the tub for us.

The area was nice and right across the street from the beach. Publix grocery store was 2.5 miles down the road. The day we had arrived, we found hair all over bathroom floors and kitchen table had sticky stuff on it. There was a frozen beer can that had exploded all over the freezer. The next day we had to go get cleaning supplies to clean the place. Unable to find the key to fitness center or for the pool bathroom. Tried every key that was in the place. Did contact the owners regarding the keys and they were quick to respond but no help in getting answers.
