Enjoy the beautiful back bay view from your screened balcony. The Sea Grape Bay complex is located off of Mango Street, minutes walk to the beach. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, local shops, and entertainment. Take in the serene views of the back bay from your screened in balcony or relax in our spacious living room or sun room. The unit has a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and linens are included! This unit has a king bed in the primary bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Pleasant overall stay
Property very clean and well kept. Nice neighbors and safe neighborhood. Too expensive for what you get though for 30 days. Late arrival and early departure so missed out a few days. Condo is nice, open space, big bedrooms. Should change Bathroom taps which are too hard to open, by new stove and microwave that don't cook very well and change torn bedroom blinds in master bedroom.
