I've been staying here on my trips down while my FMB home gets repaired. I find the staff friendly and the location is great for my purposes. I do not participate in the breakfast however appreciate the coffee several times a day.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s poor noise insulation in the room. I could hear the tv in the room next door and and also when they used the bathroom. The breakfast was good but it would be better with more and better fruit and at least one non-dairy milk option.

It was challenging to park. Parking behind the building felt uncomfortable for 2 women traveling together. There were a number of trucks parked and men hang around outside. To enter it required the guest card to get through the gate and then the door. With luggage this was challenging. The breakfast prep staff lady was very pleasant and accommodating with guests.

Hotel nice and clean. We were staying for a wedding and the next morning the front desk lady asked if we were homeless before we went to breakfast buffet at hotel, made us be looked up in the computer to prove we were staying there. It was insulting.

This property is very clean! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast, had a lot of options and the breakfast staff was so sweet. Our room had some issues. Our toilet wasn’t flushing and we had maintenance come 2 times and pretty much the toilet needed to be completely redone. My husband was fixing it after the 2 times the guy came. We did mention that to the front desk and they were apologetic. Another thing is our room felt very muggy, we had the AC on but still felt just sticky and humid. The room was big, spacious and the shower got hot which was great. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were too thick for my liking. Overall it was a good stay and I would come back! The area itself is great, they have a Walmart and some food places 5 mins from the hotel.

Nice breakfast. Not sure why we needed a key inserted to keep the bathroom and hall lights on. Great pillows and bed. Remote was missing for window shade. Could not close manually. No solutions offered by staff. We asked for an extra blanket, to cover window, and was given an extra fitted sheet, which was useless. We ended up using our extra large beach towels.

The staff at the front desk was disinterested and not at all helpful in helping me locate my second reservation for my daughter. She was rude and and she put in just a little effort, could have helped me figure out the simple solution that i had put it under my daughter's name. She had absolutely no interest in being helpful nor welcoming.

This was a last minute booking right after Hurricane Helene. I called to ask if they were open. It took a long time for someone to answer. They did answer and said they were open, but hung up on me before I could ask another question. When arriving after 11 pm, we got stuck at the front door. It was locked. No one answered the phone calls we made. We banged on the door a few times and someone finally came to open the door and let us in. The room was decent. My only complaint was the loud noise coming from the window and/or AC unit. It clicked and popped all night. I couldn't sleep. I also saw that the floor was wet near the AC. I would have reported this on my way out, but no one was there to talk to.
