Room was very nice, bathroom very roomy, room for all your supplies with an uncluttered sink and counter top, beautiful view of pool, short walk to beach. Bottle of water daily would be a plus for me. Convenient location to main road. Would return!

Perfect Stay!!!!
This hotel was perfect. We parked right outside our door, which made it so easy to unload/load. The pool was easily accessible and the beach a short walk. The outdoor shower was nice, but the noseeums are super bad near the water. The hotel offers all kinds of bug spray, bracelets, and sunscreen. Use it! I loved the shell bag and got great use of it! You can even see the ocean from the pool. They even gave us extra bars of soap for the shower instead of gel. I liked both. The room was nice and cool. The safe came in handy, and we loved the room key bracelets that were waterproof. The setee bench was awesome for luggage. The shower was nice and roomy! We also got plenty of towels waiting for us. The fridge, microwave, and Keurig were all used. Looking forward to going back!

The location of the property was great, close to the beach and close to the restaurants that have opened back up. Rooms were very nice and not expensive, most places on Sanibel are very expensive and were really dated but not this property. I will definitely stay here again.

I traveled for the first time by myself. I felt safe and Sandy from taxi company and Stacy from golf cart rental were the best. I had the a great vacation. Seashells were to die for. Can't wait to come back.

It was a nice beach accessible hotel! The pool area was kept nice & had a outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet! Unfortunately we were there in June when they had rain everyday almost all day so our shelling & beach time were limited! Our room was very nice at least!

Nice place!
We had a great stay at Sanibel Island Beach Resort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean and tidy when we checked in. Having a private beach was a big plus! And definitely try BRGR, the on-site restaurant. Yummy food and fun drinks.

Overall a great stay. The room was large, well furnished and comfy. The staff were always friendly. Beach access is as easy as could be and the beach was wonderful. They pulled out plenty of recliners to the beach each morning. Considering the effects of Hurricane Ian on this area and the many properties around still affected by it, this property was in great shape. They appear to possibly still have a few exterior dress up items to attend to but overall it’s a great place to relax. My only semi-negative thought is the pool is on the smaller side for a resort of this size. I would stay here again though without thinking twice.

I took my family and they had an awesome time we enjoyed the beach couple of feet from our room. We also enjoyed awesome nachos and chickend and bacon burger. Must important my daughters had fun.

Glad to be back on Sanibel.
It's Sanibel Island, not much else to say. Resort was very nice overall. This includes the room, pool, restaurant/bar, and beach front area. I do wish the resort included beach umbrellas with their beach chairs.

The stay was pleasant. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rate quoted had lots added: resort fee, FL tax, county tax,room tax, pet fee...I felt a bit deceived by the quoted rate. Just know that going in. Most rooms are a basic hotel room. I wish they would enforce the smoking policy. People ignored it. Also since most rooms had no outside areas, people pulled chairs into the walkways. Made it look like a trailer park at times. Again, the staff and the location are great. I'd stay there again, in the larger room option.
