This beautifully decorated home boasts engineered hardwoods, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all new furnishings. The open floor plan is ideal for spending quality time with your guests in a large living with a sleeper sofa and dining area as well as a fully stocked kitchen with island. There is plenty of seating for everyone. The upstairs has an additional family room with large flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has also has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds with twin size beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower tub combo.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Community amenities includes; seasonally run shuttle to Bethany Beach, outdoor pool, fitness center, multi sport court, sauna and walking trails.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

Our Buzzy Bethany Beach Adventure: A ⭐⭐⭐ Experience!

We're newbies to Bethany Beach, usually jetting off to far-flung places, but we heard such great things about this spot that we just had to check it out! So, we packed our bags and headed over. Now, Bethany was lovely, but oh boy, the flies! Little buzzers were everywhere – in our rental, in every restaurant, both indoors and out. We tried six popular spots, and they were all abuzz, literally! But let's talk about our stay. The owners did an amazing job with the decor. The house was a tad small, but for a few days, it was just fine. Being a new development, though, it's right by the main road, with no trees or landscaping for privacy or noise reduction. The neighborhood is super new, and while our evening walks were nice, the streets are a bit bare and plain. We think we might come back in about 10 years when the place has grown into itself and become more homey and enjoyable. For now, though, we give the experience three stars! ⭐⭐⭐

Great trip!

Very pretty and well decorated beach house in a convenient location to Bethany Beach. We had a great week. Driveway parking is very tight but there is street parking down the road.

Nice Stay at Beach Club in Bethany Beach
