Large, Single family home locates 1.5 miles away from the Atlantic Beach in Bethany Beach, Delaware. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths
The first floor has one large Master Suite, a Great Room with a flat screen TV and fireplace, a Kitchen with a large island, a dining room, laundry room and half bath.
The second floor has an additional Master Suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, a 4th bedroom with a queen size bedroom, a loft with a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a full bath.
Each Master Suite has walk in closets and large bathrooms with double sinks and a separate space for the toilet.
There is a brand new paver patio, with a grill that over looks a pond.
Enjoy the privacy of your own home rather than dealing with crowds in a large building.
Please Note- We only accept Saturday to Saturday booking from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Great for family getaway
Lovely stay with our 2 young adult kids and dog. The place is welcoming and clean, elegantly simple with comfy furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of beach fun. Great location, just minutes to drive to anything you may need, including the beach. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great family friendly neighborhood in Bethany Beach!
We had a great week in Bethany at Maureen's house. The house is spacious with high ceilings and big rooms. Two King beds also make it great for two families to stay! It was super clean and brand new. Beds were comfortable and rooms were great for a guest stay. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and big kitchen was great for family dinners + cooking. The neighborhood is a very short drive from the public beaches at Bethany Beach and the pool was walkable in the neighborhood as well. We would love to stay here again and would recommend the house and neighborhood for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable family vacation!
