check in was easy, completed via a link in email. there was direct access to the room all via phone qr code. Perfect after a late night flight. slept great. quiet and comfortable beds.

Always excellent and perfect for early flights I had left my wallet in the room and gone to terminal amd after contacting reception they were quick to retrieve it and return it safely to me before my flight .

Great location

Perfect place to stay before an early flight. Super convenient to the South Terminal - only a 10-15 min walk all through covered areas (basically through the garage, past the station and into the terminal). We had a twin room and the beds were very comfortable and definitely bigger than classic twins. Check in was very quick and easy. They have multiple bars/restaurants in the lobby - nothing special but enough to make for a stress free first night of a holiday. Can't hear any planes at all.

The staff was lovely. When we discovered our flight left before the breakfast buffet was open they arranged for us to receive bag breakfasts to take along. The staff also provided directions to beautiful park to walk in and the old pub

Very good front of house staff, accommodating of room needs, well maintained room, bar/restaurant was impressive too.
