There is a separate building with a washer/dryer. There is covered parking in a large carport. Other amenities include a picnic table, inner tubes, and BBQ pit, There are two kayaks and two paddle boards that come with the property. Bring snorkel gear if you have it, the water is gin clear and there are tons of fish!
