The hotel is convenient to all the downtown shopping and restaurants and walkable distance. Unfortunately we were on the lower level of the hotel and the guests above us were constantly up and walking around all through the night which woke us up constantly, even with the AC Fan on. Perhaps it being an older hotel also, its not as insulated for noise. The pillows are not very comfortable, my neck hurt the next morning and the TV was very small which was frustrating when we opted to return to our room to watch the rest of the game. For the price and location though, you get what you paid for.

A true diamond in the rough! The hotel is older and in need of upgrades, but that is literally the only negative. Staff is terrific and check in was a breeze! Now let’s talk about Lexi and her amazing breakfast! Absolutely spectacular!!!

The property was located right on Main St so you can walk Fredericksburg easily from the hotel. Very friendly staff. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day walking through Fredericksburg.
