There was some confusion when we arrived for check-in; we didn’t receive one of the rooms we had reserved but then were charged for it as we left. That said, the staff and general managers were incredibly helpful in sorting out the trouble and getting us a refund for that room.

I rented a king suite and it was very tiny few amenities and the soap, shampoo and lotion were unusable in my opinion because they were strong scented and I found it offensive I would definitely find somewhere else to stay if I visited the area again

Pleased with our stay except the bathroom drain was draining poorly, which was fixed in a timely manner. Only 3 bath towels in room and we were 4 in our party, requested additional towels at front desk, we never got them! Bathroom smelled of old urine or musty/moldy smell! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
