Fresno stay
Only get housekeeping every third day but we never got it in a fur day stay. We had to ask for new towels and never got sheets changed. Breakfast was good. Location was good for us. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable.

I'm going to start with the dislike. I booked our stay a couple days in advance. Our check in time was set for 3pm. We arrived at about 3:15 or 3:20. We were told our room was not ready if we could come back at 4 pm it should be ready. When we returned at 4pm we were told that the room was still not ready. Did not get into a room until 4:30pm. It was very disappointing that we lost an hour and a half of our time in our room. Once we got a room everything else was okay. I will not go back to this place. The wife wanted to go somewhere else, but we were told no refunds so we had to stay. We spent the money.

The hotel was really comfortable, the staff was very nice, and they had a nice indoor heated pool. The only thing I didn’t like is that there are no locks on the side entrances so anyone can enter the hotel.
