I would have given this property 5 stars if it weren't for a couple things. We needed to do some laundry and the washing machine was oiut of order so we ended up spending a fair amount of money at a l9cal laundry mat, and so was the hot tub. The location was convenient to the expressway, staff was pleasant and offered to make up a to-go bag breakfast because we had a early morning flight home. Had good recommendations for restaurants for dinner. Room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again.

Easy to get to, quiet location. Staff was very kind and helpful. Especially during my In N Out crisis. Dont go to the location of Blackstone and Ashlan. Ye be warned. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. My only issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. But at the end of the day, the water was warm and served its purpose. Thank you

The hotel had friendly staff and check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The area seemed safe though the hotel next door had some me sketchy individuals. Breakfast was good and had enough options.

Tv not working properly for the first 30 mins until the front desk clerk fixed it, which was appreciated. The shower was for disabled person so it was difficult to take a shower. Overall, ok stay!

The first room I was given smelled terrible. Like a dirty wet towel. The room next to me was playing very loud music. Someone was also knocking on my door loudly and then running away.someone was also playing with the elevator so we had issues going up and down. The jacuzzi was out of service and that was why we got this hotel room. I asked for a new room, manager on site did accommodate this. However my new room had only 1 towel and we had 3 guests. I called for more towels and she told me to come get them. I was naked in a towel after swimming. My daughter was in the shower and in need of a towel. I thought it was ridiculous to expect me to come get a basic necessity like towels when I’m paying 180/night would never stay here again

Just an OK stay
We’ve stayed her a few times before but this time I was not super impressed. Staff was nice enough - not overly friendly but not rude either. Had to call the front desk to figure out how to work the TV with the two remotes. Neither remote changed the channel so we were stuck on Fox News (good thing we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room). To call the front desk we had to use our cell phone because the room phone had no markings and when we pressed 0 they didn’t answer. The upside is that the cost to stay is very reasonable so I would probably stay here again.

upon check in was not greeted with any kind of welcome. front desk person acted like I was bothering her. she demanded info such as Give me your ID / CC. I asked for luggage cart and was told its over there, should have been down the hall around the corner. upon entering room which was right next to elevator (noisy) found room door dead bolt latch misaligned w/ striker plate. informed front desk who came to verify issue. I wanted another room. she tells me no others room available. but parking lot had 10 cars. she said manager will be notified and they will do something for me and call me later. I guess its code word for "do nothing for guest" no call received. also shower mixer has issues. the only person who was welcoming was breakfast attendant she was very nice and we enjoyed her. this place needs customer service schooling not training. I rate this place a D minus.

This place is a gem among hotels that may be marginal or questionable. The area is safe, clean, near major visitor attractions. The room was remodeled nicely with modern fixtures, lamps with electrical outlets and cell phone chargers, furniture, beds and bedding. The indoor pool is clean and warm. The start is friendly, professional and proficient especially the manager, and staff member who checked us in and Naomi, the breakfast hostess who made sure there was plenty of joy and cold breakfast items and assistance with the waffle maker!

The overall stay was ok I had a ok sleep on the king size bed my spouse found the mattress low quality and I agree. Staff at check in was pleasant but made mistakes but the staff at check out had to deal with the mistake made and she could have been more professional in my opinion. The location was convenient and area was safe and quiet the hotel in the morning was busy and noise was coming through the walls,But it was a holiday weekend (It’s a maybe come come back for me)
