Noise above me was loud past 11pm I thought these were soundproof rooms. Needs a much better breakfast. Perfect location but I little too high for a Monday night in Fresno. I’d rate it just above average.

Overall the hotel was fine. But…our room was located DIRECTLY across from the elevator. The door to our room had gaps! Gaps that let light and SOUND in throughout the night at a more more disturbing rate than if it would’ve been sealed properly. Also, the internal “ding” of the elevator is set waaay too loud! It could be heard in our room over the tv. We tried to set the fan so it would drown out the extra noise but it wouldn’t keep running. Like I said the hotel was fine. Had stayed there before with no problem. But this room with the location and GAPS in the frame of the door made for some very sleepless nights…
