Staff was so welcoming and kind the entire stay! I always prefer a Marriott but this particular one is definitely my top favorite! I will for sure be coming back for a relaxing weekend again!
Safe area, well lit parking, amazing spacious room, breakfast, gym, pool area, and a Rare Magical Team of staff I was very impressed!
I stayed here on my way to nor cal. The room was spacious and I liked the complimentary breakfast. The staff was great!
It was a bit of a surprise that I had to pay $15 for parking when it was out in the middle of nowhere
We were treated poorly; the property was dirty. Very bad smell in the hallway. We booked another hotel across the way, Garden Hilton Inn, and stayed there and lost money in the room at Residence Inn which was a horrible experience.. Very disappointing. The sister hotel across the street… fabulous and super clean and A on friendliness and helpful. They felt bad for us.
The hotel is good for short or long stay (at least we had good studio room with all the required stuff).
You have to notice a couple of things:
- you should pay for parking 15$ per night
- breakfast is good, but sometimes you have to remind stuff to restock something
- AC system (in our room 208) was really noisy when fan was enabled (you can't turn it off, just set to LOW)
It was pretty clean. Breakfast provided isn't very good quality. Not the hotel's fault, but the area is just so hot in the summertime and our car got infested with ants from the parking lot.
Overall the stay was nice. The hotel could use refreshing. The trash outside and inside was overflowing we requested extra pillows and blankets and they never brought them and the internet is super slow. The rooms were clean and comfortable
