Property pictures advertised look good. In person everything old and room out dated. Pool big nice but water not heated my daughter couldn’t swimming. Carpet around walkway dirty. If u just need a bed to rest ok recommended. Family fun NO no

Tv in room did not work had to pack up everything and move to another room. Left and went to dinner and came back room door was not closed found out door does not close all the way when you leave you have to physically pull it shut. Booked this property specifically for the jacuzzi and indoor pool. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was out of order. Don’t think I would book here again

Walking in the place lols like it would be very nice the rooms furniture is worn and not comfortable. The pool isnt heated that's really not an issue if they advertised that and the hot tub was still broken.The shower curtain did keep the the water in the tub so the bathroom floor flooded every time it was used. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine which was very annoying.

It’s convenient if you are flying out of Fresno airport because it’s only a 3 minute. For my stay on 12/23/24 the lady working at the front desk was awesome. She made sure I had a room on the first floor due to my mom being disabled. Unfortunately, with the unexpected charges to my credit card. I will stay there again because of the convenience of the airport.

The hotel was great but watch credit card because they charged me $24.37 and couldn’t explain why. It took more than 5 business days to get my deposit back. I usually get my deposit back within 2 days. It is convenient to stay at if you are flying out of the Fresno Airport as it’s only a 3 minute walk.

We book for stays for 3 nights, they stated that they only CLEAN the room every 3 days, we understand that part since we stay at other hotels a lot. But they only provide only 1 roll of toilet paper for a room that is for 4-5 people. They DON’T come around refilling toilet papers or taking the trash’s or restocking bath towels either like other hotels. The phone within our room doesn’t even work to call the front desk, when we did reach someone from our cell phone, they told us to go to the front desk which is in another whole building, when we got to the front desk they said they don’t have any toilet paper only bath towels and they will send someone to bring us some toilet paper but never did. After waiting for 3 hrs, we call again and they told us to go to the front desk to grab a roll of toilet paper that they said before they didn’t have any.

If you come around the November to February time. The pool is close and not heated. I rented it because of the indoor pool. Dont be fool by the reviews. The breakfest was horrible.The room was clean but have an odd smell to it.
