Pool not heated hot tub closed
I booked this property for the indoor pool and hot tub. There were several properties available for a great price. The pool is inside technically but is kept in a cold area. On check in I was told it was not heated, way too cold to use and the hot tub was out of service. Staff woman was absolutely wonderful and moved us promptly when we reported the heater didn't work in our room. Not a big deal these things happen but to boast amenities that are not functional for use was disappointing. I will not be staying again.

Comfortable and convenient
This was my second stay here. Just like the first time, the room was clean, comfortable, and well priced. The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The only disappointment was the hot tub being out of order, especially since I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. Might just be bad timing on my part, but this seems to be a common occurence at hotels. Someone's kid probably left a yule log floating in there.

Staff was very dishonest. Got charged for the blanket supposedly was missing after my check out. Called to clear out, but went through he said she said situation. Even the manager said would call back, never did! Had never been accused of stealing or taking a blanket from the hotel!
