Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Recently updated and featuring all the amenities one would want in a mountain vacation home. Dog-Friendly Unit. The property includes a clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub and pool, an indoor hot tub and pool, a sauna, and a game room. Located just a few short blocks from Main Street Frisco.

This beautiful and recently updated 2-bedroom condo overlooks Ten Mile Creek and is located just a few blocks from Main Street Frisco. It boasts all the amenities needed to enjoy a mountain getaway, including a wood-burning fireplace, a deep soaking bathtub in the master bathroom, a washer/dryer, a garage, and several decks overlooking the creek. The full kitchen has all the appliances and utensils one would need to entertain.

The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic king bed and its own private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a low-flush toilet. There is also a new flat-panel HD TV in the master bedroom, along with an iPod dock. The guest bedroom has a twin and double bed, along with its own private bathroom. This bedroom is located on a lower level of the condo.

You are just steps away from all the adventure this county has to offer. Step out the door and cross-country ski or snowshoe in the winter on the nearby rec path, hop on the free bus to one of the ski resorts, or visit the new Frisco Adventure Park, including a super fun tubing hill. In the summer, there are several trailheads nearby, the long rec path for a bike ride or walk, and the Frisco Marina is always a great place to visit. After a long day of adventure, come back and sit by the fire or hop in the outdoor hot tub just steps from the front door. There is also an indoor hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, game room, and small exercise room. This is the perfect condo in the perfect mountain town, no matter the season.

This condo is also within walking distance of many Frisco restaurants, retail shops, and activities. Summit Stage is just a short walk away and provides a free shuttle bus throughout Summit County. Great stay!
This was a great base camp for mountain adventure with family and a great place to bring a dog. It has walkability in Frisco with the free buses to nearby areas also within walking distance. We’d definitely stay again!

This condo is very comfortable with an open, welcoming layout and a wrap around balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect! It is close to Main Street and hiking/biking trails. We highly recommend this condo!

Good rental condo on the west side of Frisco
My wife and I (and our dog) stayed at the condo in early July, and for the most part, we were pleased with the place. It was clean and for the most part well-kept. There were a couple of short-comings that impacted our stay. First, we were never able to find a remote for the Bluray player, and we couldn't find an actual Play button on the player, so we weren't able to watch any DVDs/Blurays. Also, only about half of the windows that opened had screens in place. The rest had some odd plexi-glass that prevented any kind of airflow. In fact, none of the windows in the primary bedroom had any screens, so the nights were quite stuffy and warm there. Other than these inconveniences, the location was good, and we liked being right next to Ten Mile Creek.

Great location!
We loved our stay here! It was great being able to walk into Frisco for breakfast or dinner. My kids loved that the pool, hot tubs, and pool table were just steps out the door. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek. We even saw a moose in the parking lot hanging out by the pool on our first day! It was also an added bonus that our beloved Goldendoodle could join us on our vacation. We would definitely come again!

Nice condo close to downtown
The condo was close to downtown, clean, very cool view of Mount Royal. Pictures make it seem a little more “bright” than it is but still very spacious. The pool and game room are a great addition too! Our family loved the stay!!

Overall very good. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of supplied spices and tools for in-house cleaning. a few minor items but worth mentioning: The shower head in the main upper bathroom needs replacing. It leaked and caused water to leak into the bathroom ceiling below, so we opted to only use the basement shower. The coffee maker needs replacement - the nozzle was missing so each fresh pot left a large puddle of coffee on the counter. The layout was a bit dated, once inside we were greeted at the entryway with multiple doors and a very narrow staircase to the (upper) main level. I was surprised that the garage was attached yet not accessible from the inside of the unit. The unit was comfortable and clean and we would stay again.

Great, quiet location with creek right behind
We really enjoyed the condo. We came up over Thanksgiving and kids skied in Breckenridge (15 mins away). It should be noted the main living area is on the third floor (entry on second and third level), which I don’t recall in the description. It wasn’t an issue really, but lugging suitcases up can be difficult for some, I suppose. Would love to come back in the summer and fish Ten Mile Creek only a few steps away.

This place had a great balcony with a view of the creek and an easy walk to downtown Frisco. The kitchen had everything you would need and the bedrooms are in separate floors and each have their own bathroom.

Delightful Getaway
Great experience with this condo! It was clean, had a fabulously stocked kitchen, and a wonderful open layout to have our six family members hang out. The super comfy furniture was a bonus! Awesome large dining table for meals and games.Loved starting mornings with coffee on the wrap around balcony overlooking Ten Mile Creek. We used the pool and hot tubs numerous times. First dip was quite chilly but next time in, pool was heated. Only snafu was trying to get the code for pool entry. Called rental company and they got info to us very quickly. Had our son, his girlfriend and dog with us for the weekend and it worked out great! They used bedroom on first level with it’s own entrance so nice and quiet for all. The natural light in unit was a little darker than we expected from the photos but still nice. Not a deal breaker.Would absolutely return!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close enough to walk to town and there were nice trails across main street to walk the dog that we really enjoyed. Also close to the bus stop for skiing at Copper.
