Well, I don't like to give poor reviews. But I have to, to let others know about our miserable stay. The room was in need of repair and a deep clean is needed. Seems like they haven't given the place good spring cleaning in quite some time. A nice coat of paint would've helped. They had double beds. Which I don't understand. Is it that much more expensive to have queen beds as the minimum size? I've noticed other hotel chains have double beds too! I don't even know if Howard Johnsons had rooms with queens in them. Because we got the last room available according to the website. Anyway, to wrap this up. We won't be staying at this hotel in the future. Us not staying there won't make a difference. Because the hotel was full.

Main elevator was broken, pool area was closed, and unfriendly staff…not to mention that I was given the wrong room which’s cheaper than what I paid for, never going back to this filth ever.

Disappointed in my Experience
The pre-check-in process was available, but felt redundant as I had to provide my information again upon arrival. The pool was closed for cleaning during the peak of summer, yet no work seemed to be happening. Additionally, breakfast had long lines because there were only a few waffle machines and toasters for such a large hotel.

At first check in, the water was off, a sign said til 4PM, it wasn’t turned back on until almost 9PM. This wasn’t what I was looking forward to after a 12 hour drive. Talk about having to go to a neighbor hotel for a RR break. One elevator was not working. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Over all the hotel was good. Breakfast was okay as well. Bus shuttle was great! I did not request room service but they did went in and made one of the two beds. Unfortunately they also stole my sons head phones. I talk to front desk but was told house keeping didn’t found them. This was a bummer 😒

The hotel was lousy. Rooms were very dirty. No blankets on first day. Furniture was worn out & kept very unclean. Reception staff was OK. Breakfast was monotonous. It was same everyday with absolutely no variety. I would never visit this hotel & don't recommend it to anyone.

Pool closed, elevator not working. Rooms facing highway are noisy. Rooms are very dated and need upgrading, plugins don’t work, phone didn’t work. Breakfast options very limited coffee and less options daily - not great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers great - should be on call as we were only ppl on bus.

Well they have transport to Disney however there transport is not fully wheelchair accessible when I finally got through I was shouting at because the reception was busy that much of been my fault because I call and been a customer to the hotel

Property was very poorly maintained inside and out. The rooms were very run down and old. Some of the amenities listed were not accurate on the listing as well as the photos not being an accurate representation of what you’re actually receiving upon arrival. The only positive is the staff was amazing and helpful throughout our stay.
