Disaster , first thing they gave me the key to a used room with the trash on it , after I went back to the front desk they gave me another room not clean at all , restroom doom doesn’t close dirty walls , cups not on plastic , just go away look for something different

AC didn’t work well. Also rush could be seen on AC. When I called about temperature in the room, I was told that I needed to wait till tomorrow… I was leaving the next day. Questionable guests just “handing out” in the parking lot. Strong smell of weed.

Wasn't expecting much based on price and last minute booking, however the floors were very dirty and there was loud construction with hammering going on throughout the night! Lots of loitering in the parking lot. Staff was nice at least and sheets/towels seemes to be clean.

The room smelled and didn't have tissues or cups. I put on the heat and it made the room smell bad. Had to turn it off. The halls are in need of repair and overall appearance was poor. Also would not let me check in early which was a first for me. Other hotels always let me check in if the room was clean.

Roach Motel
When I arrive to my room, there were roaches running around and a foul smell. We immediately left. When I tried to get a refund they told me I would have to call Expedia. Expedia has been trying to get in touch with them, they won’t answer phone, now manger has said I can’t get a refund. I will b calling the health department, public housing and making a complaint with Wyndham corporate offices. No, I didn’t get any photos, I ran out. I don’t sleep or stay with roaches. When I approached the desk, I told her what happened and she didn’t seem surprised.

Room smelled so bad. The sheets smelled like they have never been washed. I checked out early because I couldn’t stay there another minute, but the never checked me out when I went to the counter. Found about this when the day I was supposed to check out I received a text message to check out online. Guests/tenants stand on the stairs like if they own the place. It’s a very shady place. If you have kids do NOT stay here.
