We had problems with the key cards multiple times during our stay.
The first couple of days the breakfast was very slim, no fruit, pastry, or meats.
Our room was cold, with a note on the thermostat saying don't touch. The weather outside was in the 40's to 60's.
Saturday breakfast was 100% better the day we were leaving.
Need to improve on the basics.
This property is undergoing some intense reconstruction. The hotel was dirty, everything was broken down, it was very uncomfortable to sleep because of how dirty it was. The odors were awful. The only edible food for breakfast was the waffles. It was a very disappointing stay.

The card reader on the door, had to insert 20 times before the lock would open. Mold in the bath tub. Shower diverter broke. Toilet seat delaminating. Plumbing drains slow. Rust on door frames. Holes in entry door. Miss matched paint on bathroom walls. No floor bath towel left in room second day. No coffee left in room 2nd day. My room on 2nd floor, no down button at the elevator, had to carry my luggage down the stairs. No working ice machine on the second floor. A lot of this stuff clearly has been this way for a long time. This place is a mess…see photos.
The pillow was hard, you need more pillows,, and for breakfast one day we had scrambled eggs, chips, salsa beans for breakfast , they were out of food, yall need to have better breakfast
Everything was great and clean except the stairways had poop and urine and I was pissed to see a huge roach in my room. I had to literally inspect all my belongings throughly each suit case, at a time to make I didn’t bring any roaches home.
Out dated and not kept up hotel. Can tell this has been taken over and not a true Comfort hotel. Not good quality. Lights flickering in the dining area. Mismatched light bulbs in room. Elevator buttons broken. No fire detector in our room. I’ve never left a bad review of a place, but I am now. We were not happy. Can tell it’s a mom and pop/family taken over hotel now and not the usual chain that the name says it should be.
We had issues with room 210.it was filthy,Carpet had food on floor it smelled so bad.TV was maybe 32 inchs.over all bad .So we went back down and talk to the desk lady and she was so apologetic and nice and gave us room 216 way better. Larger TV carpet cleaner and not bad at all.we went and bought air fresheners and a smelly candle and wa la a nice room . Needed smoke detecters .But the metel sink made us feel safer with the candle.over all the staff was nice.Hot tub mad a loud niose but clean.the pool nice.Breakfast was good for on the road staff cook was nice.Thank you all.

Whatever we asked for ,or needed done was done promptly.
What i didnt like was breakfast was the same everyday. No orange juice.
The ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Not noticed by the staff until pointed out by guests, resulting in two buckets and a 'slippery when wet' yellow sign. Ceiling condition indicated not the first leak they've had. Light above sink didnt work. Dont know if it was bad bulb or fixture. Elevator 3rd floor button broken/missing, and elevator down button on 2nd floor broken. Carpet wet in room entry and entry tile felt loose. Shower head sprayed water outside tub. Ice machine broken on 2 and was leaning in corner with panel off. Wall sign directing left to ice machine was marked through with pen and arrow added pointing right. Two positives were staff courtesy and decent breakfast.
