Big room, bad layout, always lit up.
We had a nice big room. However, the huge chair in it was extremely heavy & very uncomfortable, and there was only one of them. The desk chair was not easy to adjust. The worst part was we could not shut the curtains, so we had light in our room the entire night. The vanity in the bathroom is ridiculously small. We had to make 2 trips to our car after checking out because there were no carts. That’s not the hotel’s fault but I think there needs to be a sign up that carts must be returned after using them. The carts are also ridiculously small. I had just stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville and it was beautiful. Maybe this hotel is scheduled for an upgrade?

They didn’t give me my room, I paid for it in advance on Expedia, then arrived and they said sorry it’s past checkin time and the new girl working counter didn’t know how to get me in so charged me a way higher rate and I paid 2x for the room. No refund was given. Expedia said contact hotel and I did, and they didn’t refund me.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. I did not enjoy the breakfast because the fruit was not fresh. I did like the fitness center, but it did not have weights. But, overall; I enjoyed my stay.
