The staff was always helpful, Beds and room are outdated, a little small for two people and the beds felt like they were about to fall the mattress was hanging like if there was no box spring support. My mother in law even fell off the bed because of it and she was sleeping alone in a bed.

Didn’t like stay here. Pretty expensive with even missing basic facilities. Fixed flush myself. Sofa bed was broken, though got a roller bed as a replacement. Sofa bed was full of dust. There is no door for washbasin.

Hotel is outdated. Had one elevator out of order for the entirety of our stay. Gym is average and the A/C in the room won't go below 72° F, not good in California.
