This place is always a great stay. Recently it got remodeled and it lost the lion that was so memorable but the new lay out does look a lot nicer 👍

It was a good hotel but 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service while we were there. It took at least 10-20+ minutes for an elevator.

The only thing I would say i disliked was the shower. Water kept turning cold and couldn’t get it to be warm. Other than that, place was nice and clean.

Check in was quick and efficient front seat accommodated request for room on a higher floor away from the elevator. Breakfast staff and evening reception staff are friendly and kind. We have been staying at this Embassy Suites every time we visit Disneyland.

I was impressed with the inside of the building's architecture. I love the breakfast that was included in our stay. It was top-notch for being complimentary. The staff was great, I loved our room because of the giant window that is in the bedroom. The room was clean on arrival. For a Hilton, I expected the beds to be on the nicer, more comfortable side but they were not. The mattress was very hard to sleep on. The bathroom had NO exhaust fan! Not as in not working, it just didn't have one!! Bathrooms could use a remodel The elevators take longer than most & one was out of order.They have vending machines for soft drinks/water(No snacks machines) on 3 of the levels and 2 of floors machines were completely sold out. When the empty one ate my money the front desk did not reimburse me either, they said it was another company's issue. Overall it is a very nice hotel, with a lot of very close shopping and dining options. I would stay there again. BUT< if you are someone who does not fancy children- this is not the place for you.

Communication with the hotel via Expedia was inconvenient. Confirming arrangements with the hotel was difficult due to “booking with a third party”. Staff confirmed they had notes to assign a specific room with additional charge. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told there were no such notes. And had to stay there while staff explained the process of booking through a third party.
