We loved the Buffet in the mornings and evening drinks. But our room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. We saw pieces of pretzel and old Disney wristbands under sofa. Our bathroom and sink clogged and there was not bags in trash cans

Didnt like the smell, the construction, waiting 15 minutes every morning for an elevator, rude staff, didnt clean our room well or even make our beds 1 day. I could spend less money and stay at 5 other hotels in walking distance that are much nicer and have great staff.

The staff on breakfast area was welcoming and prompt to help and make you feel like family. KUDOS to them the cooks where always with smile and positive attitude. I wish they will had a QR code for tips. This service was my favorite from all of the hotel. Pool was nice and hot tub got cold one day and staff was prompt to have it fix next day. I stayed with my family here for 6 nights total many ways to travel to Disneyland on own vehicle or public transport lots of businesses around the area. The beds were not the best I had stayed in other Embassy Suites in Oregon and could tell the difference on bed quality.

we returned to our suite a mess. Beds were left without sheets or blankets. Over $400 of cosmetics, toiletries, opticles and medications were taken / stolen/ thrown out while my family was away for the day at the Disney parks. Extremely unhappy with the losses we have to deal with.

Beautiful room, so clean and big, have all what you need for stay as a family! Dining area so big, and the breakfast was so delusions, only one issue was the front desk never look at you, never welcome you, and never smile, other than that, you every thing else was amazing!

The property over all was very nice. The breakfast was my favorite part. However my room was near and elevator and I heard it all night long. There are only two elevator and it does take a very long time going up and down.

The stay was great and comfortable. The only reason I did not rate at "excellent" was because there was only one set of elevators functioning and at one point, one of the elevators went out of service. Everyone waited for about 20 minutes just to get in the elevator. It would then only go down one floor at a time. Some of us decided to take the stairs (9 floors up). What a workout!

We had a great time during our stay. The only negative was the elevators were a little crowded toward end of breakfast with only 2 working on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. The rooms were very clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi. The customer service was great from getting us rooms next to each other, getting us extra pool and room towels, printing a document, and providing a room extra key. Great place to stay.

The staff were all friendly and polite. The hot breakfast buffet was adequate. Main issue was the room. The bathroom fan was either broken or nonexistent, and the moisture and mugginess after each shower was thick and unpleasant. After 4 days in a two room suite with a family of five, this resulted in a pervasive damp environment and a noticeable odor of mildew every time we stepped back into the room. The windows didn't open, understandable when you're on the 11th floor, but it would have been nice to air out the mustiness. The carpet was stiff and sticky to the touch - all the more suggesting that the humidity remained at a too-high level, but also hinting at gross dirtiness under foot. This is why I usually keep socks on in hotel rooms - - - ick. But everything was so wet, they got gross quickly, so the socks came off and things got even more gross. The shower faucet also dripped. The bathroom sink hot water was BOILING hot - - inappropriately so. I have teens now but I would have been nervous about them getting burned as younger kids. Not room related but the last point that stood out was that the parking lot spaces are TINY. My average-sized truck (not an f350 or anything crazy) was right on the lines on both sides of the space. This made us really nervous that we were going to get door dings from people next to us, and obviously made it challenging for us to get in and out. I'm from So Cal, I know parking space is at a premium sometimes, but that was noticeably tight.

Pros: Convenient to Disneyland, comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms, roomy, clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staff nice and helpful. Cons: Towels scratchy, some elevators broken part of the time so working ones were very busy, tub very narrow, Door keys stopped working on us twice. Limited parking in front and rear door access would not work.
